• What are your shipping costs?
  Netherlands
  For orders within the Netherlands, we charge €5.95 shipping costs. Orders over €75 will receive free shipping including a Track & Trace link.Belgium
  For orders to Belgium, we charge €5.95 shipping costs. Orders over €75 will receive free shipping including a Track & Trace link.

  Germany
  For orders to Germany, we charge €5.95 shipping costs. Orders over €75 will receive free shipping including a Track & Trace link.

• Can I return an order?
  Yes that is possible within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided the packaging is unopened. Of course, the safety clasp should be fully intact. In that case, you will be refunded your purchase price to your account within a few days. Please use our return form for returns.
• What is the best way to store CBD oil?
  Our CBD oil is best stored at room temperature and in its original container in the dark. This way, it is ready to use immediately and the valuable substances are preserved the longest. Thus, there is no need to store our CBD oil in the refrigerator.
• I read that you mixed the CBD with MCT oil, what is that?
  MCT stands for Medium Chain Triglyceride (Medium Chain Fatty Acids). MCTs are fatty acid converters of glycerol. MCT oils can be absorbed directly into the intestines without being emulsified and split and are quickly converted into energy (via the liver). Thus, MCT fats are more easily digested and absorbed than many other fats. In addition, bile and enzymes are not required for absorption. This can be important for people with digestive problems, such as conditions in which fat absorption through the gut does not work properly. MCT oil further has the advantage that it is difficult to store in the body, but does provide a lot of energy.Benefits of MCT oil:

• Can you also ship anonymously/discreetly?
  On our shipping box there is only the logo of by HEMP. If you do not want a reference on the shipping box at all, you can simply indicate this at checkout by placing a check mark next to ‘please ship discreetly’.
• How long will it take to receive my order?
  Fast delivery guaranteed! Order before 4 p.m. and receive your package in the Netherlands as early as the next day, in as many as 98% of cases. No hassle of staying home, as we ship via letterbox mail whenever possible. For our customers in Belgium, the average delivery time is 1-2 business days. Please note that deliveries are subject to change due to personnel shortages at carriers, which unfortunately are beyond our control.

• Can I get high from CBD oil?
  No, that’s impossible. Each of our CBD oils contains less than 0.2% THC (the substance you might get stoned from), which rules out getting stoned/high. On the contrary, in practice CBD is mostly used to reduce the psychoactive effects of THC.
• Can I take too much CBD?
  No, there is basically no maximum dose as far as CBD is concerned. In very specific cases, caution is required. CBD, when used in large quantities, can enhance the effects of some drugs. This is especially important with those blood thinners that CBD has an effect on (coumarins). Further slowing of clotting increases the risk of bleeding. Consultation with your (family) physician or thrombosis service is the key here. At normal doses (up to 30 drops of 5% CBD oil per day), the effect will generally be so small that there is no danger.
• How many drops of CBD oil should I take?
  The correct dosage of the oil cannot be indicated precisely in advance, because every person and every condition is different. Build up the intake slowly and above all listen to (the reaction of) your body. Preferably divide the intake of the drops over the day (2-4 times a day) and we recommend starting with 1 drop 2-4 times a day. If after 3 days you still do not notice any or insufficient effect, increase the dose by 1 drop per intake moment. You will then go to 2-4 times daily 2 drops at a time. Repeat this every three days to achieve the desired result.
