Pre-order Ark Drops

Thank you for your interest in our brand new product Ark Drops! To ensure that we can order the right quantity and deliver your product as soon as possible, we are using a pre-order system. We need 100 orders and set a period of 2 months for this. Once this limit is reached, which can be earlier than 2 months, you will receive a notification and a payment link for the remaining amount and (after payment) we will send the order to you.

How does a pre-order work?

Deposit: When placing your pre-order, we require a deposit of $4.95 per product. We ask you for this deposit so we can be sure that when the products are available you will pay the remaining amount to receive your product(s), nothing more. Should we not reach the 100 orders we need within 2 months you will of course get your money back. So it is risk free. By placing a pre-order and prepayment you commit yourself to take your order and thus also to pay the remaining amount.

Residual Payment

Once the products are available and ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount of €57.05. This payment must be made within 2 days so that we can ship your order.

Delivery

Once full payment is received, we will arrange for your order to be shipped as soon as possible. We will keep you informed of the expected shipping date.

Warranty

If we do not reach the limit of 100 orders within a period of 2 months we will stop this pre-order round and you will get your deposit refunded to your account.
